ABOUT US: THE ORGANISERS
OUR TEAM
ŠáRKA
Head of the Admissions team
Šárka first visited Lughnasad as a guest in 2017. She first came as a volunteer in 2022, when a minor injury landed her in the Admissions team. The following year she was deputy head, and a year after that head of the team. In 2025 she became a member of the Lughnasad z.s. association.
PETRA HLAVáčOVá
Head of the Programme team
I have been volunteering at Lughnasad since 2016, when my mum decided we should try experiencing the festival from a different angle. I worked my way through the Admissions and Programme teams, meeting plenty of wonderful people along the way who make coming back worthwhile, and it inspires me in my work as a producer too.
JAKUB TESAř
Head of the Security team
I have been active in the Land of the Celts since 2014, and my first Lughnasad as a volunteer was the 8th year, 'On the Trade Route'. The atmosphere of the festival swallowed me whole, and I became a member of the Boii z.s. association. From the very beginning I worked in many sections, until I was entrusted with leading the Security team.
TERíNEK
Head of the Village team
My name is Tereza Mikalová, but everyone knows me as Terínek. I have been around the open-air museum for a long time. It started innocently: 'Come along, it will be fun,' they said... and it was. You may know me from work parties, Čarobeltain, Lughnasad, Samhain, the Iron Celt and many other events.
TýNKA
Head of the Catering team
I first came to Lughnasad as a visitor when I was 12. I have been a volunteer since 2019. The open-air museum has become my second home. What I love about Lughnasad: the challenges, the community, and the great feeling when it all comes together.
